SPOUTED GRINDER BOWL

A Japanese wood bowl for a grinding mill. The bowl with a circlular impression to recieve the grinder. Bowls like this would have been used in grinding buckwheat flour for soba noodles, or a similar grain. The bowl with a projecting spout to ease the removal of the milled flour.
